Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can add as many cats as you like. You can also share a cat's profile with a partner or family member so you're both logging to the same record.
Open the cat's profile, tap the share icon, and send them the invite code. They'll need Tend & Mend: Feline installed to join.
The free plan gives you 30 days of history and basic ingredient insights. Premium extends history to all time and unlocks the full ingredient trend analysis and vet report export.
Go to Settings → Premium → Manage Subscription. This takes you to your Apple subscription settings where you can cancel at any time. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, email us at hello@tendandmend.co and we'll help you sort it out.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
